MI is a name synonymous with budget-friendly and quality tech. So obviously this becomes a great choice for the best smart wearable in the current scenario.
To start off with the pros:
1.1 inch AMOLED Display: AMOLED panels are the most colour-accurate and expensive panels in the current world. And to put them under a price tag of 2.3k INR is a huge giveaway.
11 sports tracking feature: Since I mentioned some sports functions in the previous point, so I decided to elaborate upon these features. There are a total of 11 sports tracking features present in this smart wear, namely Yoga, Power Walking, Treadmill, Outdoor Walking, Outdoor Cycling, Indoor Cycling, Pool Swimming, Jump Rope, Freestyle workout, Rowing machine and Elliptical. These features make the MI Smart Band 5 a great choice for fitness enthusiasts at a reasonable price.
Stress monitoring system: This feature according to me is one of the biggest wins for the smart band. The watch can detect your stress level with ease and can suggest you some relaxing exercises related to breathing in order to cool your nerves. Along with that, a sleep monitoring system with Rapid Eye Movement Technology is also deployed in order to properly track your sleep.
Of course, being a good device doesn’t mean it is a jack of all trades. Fortunately, the MI band 5 is better than many of its competitors but, with a small con:
Small display size: The biggest give-off of the MI smart Band 5 is its 1.1-inch display. Sure, it has an AMOLED panel under its belt but fitting a smaller-sized display with an AMOLED panel makes it a bit inconvenient. Although, we can’t deny the fact of it being a smart wearable a bit bigger display would’ve been on the better side.
Always being one of those cool-looking brands, FastTrack doesn’t seem to disappoint us on the fashion side of its products. Ranging at a price range of 1.7k INR, the smartwatch does come with some good pros:
Wide range of colours: Being the connoisseur in designs, the content of colours in Fastrack Reflex 3.0 also brings a pleasant experience. Ranging in 4 different colours namely Black and Blue, Black and Grey, Black and Turquoise and Pink and Green, the flat and simple design of FastTrack reflex 3.0 is sure to bound some eyes on the watch.
10 different sports modes: Bringing utility on the working side, the Fastrack reflex 3.0 comes with 10 different sports modes. Ranging from Outdoor Walk, Indoor Walk, Outdoor Running, Indoor Running, Hiking, Outdoor Cycling, Spinning, Elliptical Machine, Rowing, Yoga and many other training modes.
IP68 water resistant: Being wearable means being exposed to elements of nature in the best form. So being water resistant is one of the best ways to protect it from the elements of nature, especially from water. IP68 stands for Ingress Protection where 6 stands for dust protection and 8 for water submerged.
CONS are of course not a good point to end but since, it’s a piece of technology there are bound to be some flaws associated with it, so let's talk about the biggest flaw of the smartwatch:
Weak battery life: Although advertised under Amazon as a ‘10 day battery’ device, reviews point it to be weak in this section. Not being able to cross 10 days mark with a single charge. The battery life of the Fastrack reflex 3.0 is one of the biggest con of this device.
Falling in the category of smartwatch, Fastrack Reflex VOX is one of the cooler-looking smartwatches for an affordable price range. Ranging at around 3.4k INR, the smartwatch has a really good set of PROS:
Built-in Alexa: Integrating Alexa with a smartwatch, is a perfect autonomous recipe. Alexa is one of the best smart assistants in the current market. With voice commands, providing instructions becomes much easier.
One of the better-looking watches: On first-hand viewing of the smartwatch, the design would give a really premium vibe to you. The watch body is made of aluminum, one of the best metals to make the watch body.
5 ATM water resistant: Now, this might sound a bit weird at first, but aren’t ATM devices from which we can make money? Well, the smartwatch might not be able to provide you with money anytime but, can make your purchase “VALUE FOR MONEY”. ATM is water resistance rating which means, your watch is water resistant for 50 metres under the water for a span of 10 mins. Now, that’s something to look forward to.
To talk about some of the biggest CONs of the Fastrack reflex VOX:
No Inbuilt GPS: Being at a price point of 3.4k INR and falling under a smartwatch category, a GPS sensor is one of the basic necessities for a smart device. A GPS not only helps you run maps and stuff but also can locate your device if it gets lost.
LCD display: Now, this is a big give off for a smartwatch of this price point. Since devices, with much less pricing, are also having AMOLED panels in them, this becomes a bit of bummer for people buying this smartwatch. Although, its not inaccurate in displaying colours but still, an AMOLED panel does looks good.
The name, Fire-Boltt is somewhat new in the current market. But their smartwatches aren’t something of a newbie kind. Fire-Boltt Ninja calling is one of the best smartwatches in the current market with some amazing PROS:
Bluetooth Calling: Bluetooth calling makes the Fire-boltt Ninja calling a great device for making and receiving phone calls. The device enables you to receive and make phone calls via the smartwatch only.
30 sports mode: With a wide variety of fitness modes in this smartwatch, you are bound to be really happy, if ya ou are fitness enthusiast. Plus basic features like heartbeat tracking and SPo2 counters are there.
Although, it is a good watch, but there is a CON present in the Fire-Boltt Ninja Calling:
Sensitivity: The sensitivity of the watch is a bit on the higher side. So usually on twisting your wrist slightly, the watch face gets displayed to show details of the watch.
One of the newly launched smartwatches in this list, the Maxima Max Pro is a smartwatch to look after:
Multiple voice assistants: Not one but two, you get to enjoy the assistance of Google as well as Siri under a single smart wearable. I think so, this is the biggest giveaway for this smart wearable.
Calling and related features: Bluetooth calling is also a yes in the Maxima Max Pro. Along with that, call history, and quick dial pads are also available in the Maxima Max Pro.
To talk about its biggest CON:
Bad battery life span: The battery lifespan of Maxima Max Pro Knight is on the weaker side. The battery backup can last for around a week. A battery saver is a must for this smartwatch.
